You are strongly encouraged to check the product immediately upon receipt and may reject the order on the spot if you discover that the product is faulty or different from your order.

03: Exchange
An exchange will be arranged within 3 working days and we will bear the delivery fees incurred if the request is based on valid cause and acceptance by notice
Note: It will be greatly appreciated if the defective product is kept in its original packaging with the receipt/tax invoice attached for verification and documentation.
To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, we accept returns. Please make sure your item is returnable with the following check lists:
Item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt
Sales invoice with date of purchase
All sealed product must be unopened and in unused condition
Original packaging is intact with all accessories and/or user manual/free gifts
Return at novita Customer Care Centre at 8 Tagore Drive #04-00 S787624
If any collection and delivery service will be required, an administration and transportation fee will be incurred.
Our usual return policy applies to products which were bought on promotion too. All returns must be within 7 days of order receipt, accompanied with the sales invoice/receipt. The condition of the product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging, along with all accessories and/ or user manuals which came with it.
Return of products will only be at our office at 8 Tagore Drive #04-00 Singapore 787624, otherwise customer will have to bear the delivery charges.
If the purchase came with a free gift, it must be returned as well in an unopened and unused condition. In the event that the product has been used, the full price of the free gift will be deducted from the amount refunded.
All refund requests will be processed within 7 working days as soon as we receive the product.
The refund will be issued via the original payment mode:
If the payment was via PayNow, refund will be made to your account immediately after it has been processed.
If the payment was via Credit Card, refund will be made to your Credit Card within 30 days after it has been processed.
Unfortunately, products that have been opened and used cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances of lost parcels during International Delivery, we regret that we do not offer refunds as we have no control over overseas postal service.
However if you have a change of mind and would like to make a return, you will have to bear the delivery charges for return of product and in accordance to our Return Policy:
All returns must be returned within 7 days of order receipt in the event of a change of mind, accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and serial number clearly printed on it for verification. The condition of the product must be unused and in its original packaging, along with all accessories or user manuals which came with it.
